The Business Development Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Apprenticeship and Business Development teams, ensuring the smooth onboarding and enrolment of apprentices. The role will play a pivotal part in coordinating learner registrations, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting employer engagement activities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for learners and employers throughout the enrolment journey.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with apprenticeship funding requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end administration of apprentice enrolments.
  • Prepare, process, and check all enrolment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate apprenticeship agreements, training plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain learner records within the organisation's CRM, MIS, and apprenticeship systems.
  • Monitor enrolment progress and proactively follow up with employers and learners to obtain required information.
  • Ensure all learner documentation is completed and stored in line with funding and compliance requirements.
  • Schedule onboarding meetings, inductions, and enrolment appointments.
