Were looking for a Safeguarding Development and Operations Officer to join our Group Safeguarding Team in an exciting and varied role where no two days will look quite the same.
This is a varied role combining safeguarding learning and development, digital content, communications, data and quality improvement. You will help us make safeguarding engaging, accessible and responsive, supporting staff and students across Luminate Education Group.
What You Will Do

Deliver engagingsafeguarding training,briefings and workshops, including sensitive andcomplex topics.

Design, develop and evaluate safeguarding learning, e-learning, digital resources and awarenesscampaigns.

Monitor training compliance, analyse data and feedback, and use insights to inform learningand safeguarding priorities.

Support safeguarding qualityassurance, audits, actionplans, reporting andprojects across curriculumteams and externalpartners.

Contribute to Higher Education safeguarding activity and use digital and approved AI tools to improve accessibility, efficiency and creativity while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
About You
- Confident delivering training, workshops and presentations, with the ability to adapt your approach for sensitive or complex topics.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities and detailed information accurately.
- Confident using digital systems and technology, with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Curious, adaptable and creative, with a strong interest in finding engaging ways to communicate information.
- Collaborative, professional and committed to creating safe, inclusive environments for children, young people and adults.
- English and Maths at Level 2
