Luminate Education Group is seeking a Safeguarding Learning and Development Coordinator to lead the safeguarding training programme, coordinating face-to-face, digital, and blended learning. You will work with the Head of Safeguarding and the L&D Officer to design engaging, evidence-informed training for staff across the organisation.
You will analyse data to identify gaps, co-produce resources with students and external agencies, and report quarterly outcomes to leadership.
