Harrogate College is recruiting a Job Coach for Supported Internships (Reduced Year) to support learners with SEND in the college's programme. You will help students build confidence and work-related skills, liaise with employers and agencies, and contribute to achieving career goals.
The role is a reduced-year 37-week contract with pro rata salary progression. Our requirements include English and Maths Level 2+, SEND experience, knowledge of equality legislation, and sector awareness.
