Luminary Bakery is recruiting a Production Baker to cover weekend production at our brand-new King's Cross site. You will run full production on Saturdays and Sundays, from early morning until opening, with independence and strong bakery skills.
You will bake breads, cakes and traybakes to Luminary standards, decorate simple slice-and-sell cakes, support lunch service when needed, and help pace production while maintaining food safety.
