Luminary Bakery is hiring an experienced Production Baker for our new King's Cross café and production kitchen. You will own the on-shift production, bake a full non-pastry range and help the cafe open to high footfall while maintaining Luminary's standards.
You will lead on shift tasks, assist with cake decoration, stock management, and health and safety, while collaborating with Head Baker and the broader Luminary team.
