Luminary Women in London is seeking an experienced Progression Support Worker to guide a caseload of around 20 women through a two-year journey with trauma-informed, person-centered support across employment, finances, housing and wellbeing.
You will work in a hybrid setup (on-site in Camden with some visits to Stoke Newington) and contribute to empowering women to achieve independence, confident self-advocacy and sustainable outcomes.
