Our amazing client, a very busy 1-2 Rosette level kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Chef de Partie who can operationally lead their section. This is a busy property with high expectations and two outlets to cater for. You will be part of a team of 8 chefs, while reporting.
