Sous chef needed for a fresh local produce kitchen near Plymouth. Our amazing client, a unique kitchen creating fresh relaxed British cuisine with the finest local produce, is in search of a Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two locations to cater for. You will lead a team of 5 chefs while reporting to an executive chef. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
