Chef de Partie Needed for a Rosette Kitchen - Near Penrith. Our amazing client, a very unique and stunning venue based outside Penrith, creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Chef de Partie who can operationally lead their section. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will be part of a team of 8 chefs while reporting to an executive chef. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.

- Operational expertise in leading a multiple outlet venue with high value menus
