Head/Sous chef needed for an outstanding local produce venue near Plymouth. Our amazing client, a very unique kitchen creating fresh 2-3 rosette relaxed British cuisine with the finest local produce, is in search of a Head Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two locations to cater for. You will lead a team of 5 chefs while reporting to an executive chef. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
