Head/Sous chef Needed for a Outstanding Local Produce venue – near Plymouth

Our amazing client, a very unique kitchen creating fresh 2-3 rosette relaxed British cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Head Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two locations to cater for. You will lead a team of 5 chef while reporting to an executive chef . This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.

• Operational expertise in leading a multiple outlt venue with high value menus
• Proven ability in fresh food kitchens

• Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent
