Head chef needed for a Rosette kitchen in Bristol. Our amazing client, a very busy Rosette level kitchen, is in search of a Head Chef who can lead the brigade and kitchen. This is a busy but intimate venue. You will lead a team of 5 chefs while reporting to the Owner. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
