About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Now CPQ/Logik.

AI Architect/ Consultant to join our London-based client's team..

This is an exciting with strong Telecom experience for an opportunity to work on Lead-to-Cash (L2C) transformations, helping telcos automate complex product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes using the Logik.

AI platform, now part of Service Now.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure complex product catalogs, bundles, attributes, and dependency rules within Service Now CPQ.
  • Develop dynamic pricing models including volume discounts, promotional pricing, cost books, and multi-currency support.
  • Configure guided selling, quote generation, approval workflows, and order automation.
  • Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub with CRM, ERP, billing, and third-party systems.
  • Develop and customize workflows using Flow Designer and Java Script scripting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate Quote-to-Cash requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
  • Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
  • Required Skills
  • Circa 10 years of overall IT experience.
  • Experience with telecom operations and business environments in leading telcos
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now CPQ/Logik. AI Quote-to-Cash implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Logik. AI/Service Now Platform, CPQ, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Java Script, Glide API, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience integrating Service Now with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.
  • Understanding of Sales & Order Management (SOMT), Telecom Service Management (TSM) and Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Product Catalogue, Service Catalogue, Order Management, or CSM modules.
  • Experience with Product Modeling and Pricing Rules.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and Service Now development best practices.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • TM Forum credentials will be valued
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Service Now Implementation Specialist (Preferred)
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification (Good to have)
