This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, articulate and ambitious individual to join a fast-paced PR and Communications team at the forefront of AI. The role is ideal for a PR professional with experience in an agency to take the step in-house, helping to lead on UK Communications strategy and manage an external PR agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop key company messaging, creative news stories, write press releases, articles, blogs and case studies.
- Manage an external PR agency and build relationships with key journalists.
- Pitch, manage and oversee press interviews between reporters and key spokespeople, including media training and preparing briefing books.
- Help within the wider Marketing team including contributing to social media accounts and strategy, as well as planning content for global events and conferences.
- 3-5 yearsβ PR experience in-house or in a PR agency. Sector knowledge is not essential but agency experience is preferred.
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree with a 2:1 or above (UK) or GPA of 3.5 or above (US) from a Top 200 Global University.
- Copywriting: excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail on spelling, grammar and proofreading.
- Communication: strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders including a PR agency, clients, and the media.
- An ambitious problem solver who can think creatively and is ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.
