This is a fantastic opportunity to join market-leading UK AI company, Luminance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across our in-house CRM system. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong administrational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and enter data into our company CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update company records to ensure they are kept current and accurate
  • Prepare and sort documents/data for entry
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant data as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
  • Build and maintain input processes and perform regular audits of data for accuracy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position desirable
  • Proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and office applications
  • Excellent administrational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable with Hybrid work
