Luminance is seeking a senior FP&A Lead to build the financial planning and insight capability as the first dedicated FP&A hire. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance analysis, partnering with leaders to drive informed decisions.
You’ll shape scalable FP&A processes, models and dashboards, using AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and accuracy while working closely with VP Finance and the broader executive team.
