Luminance is looking to hire into its Inside Sales team. This team has a fast-paced, meritocratic work environment, and seeks out prospective customers for Luminance through a variety of methods. A role that offers significant commission-earning potential, the Inside Sales team is critical in generating new business for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities
  • Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events
  • Connect with senior decision-makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results-driven environment
  • Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness
  • Build strong working relationships with customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth
Requirements
