Responsibilities:- Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities
- Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events
- Connect with senior decision‑makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results‑driven environment
- Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness
