Luminance is looking to hire into its Inside Sales team. This team has a fast-paced, meritocratic work environment, and seeks out prospective customers for Luminance through a variety of methods. A role that offers significant commission-earning potential, the Inside Sales team is critical in generating new business for the company.
Business Development Representatives at Luminance are confident, entrepreneurial self-starters with a natural ability to build rapport and open doors with senior decision-makers. Responsibilities- Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities
- Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events
- Connect with senior decision‑makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results‑driven environment
- Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness
- Build strong working relationships with customer‑facing Account Executives to support new business growth
- Excellent communication skills
- Articulate, motivated self‑starter with a focus on over‑quota performance
