As our events portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our shows.

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in London, combining remote planning and administration with regular travel to venues and event sites across the UK and occasionally internationally. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with venues regarding event planning, logistics, operational requirements, and site access.
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and production companies supporting Lumina events.
  • Source, book, and manage entertainment acts and event attractions that accompany our drone light shows.

  • Maintain event timelines, planning trackers, and operational schedules.
  • Support the preparation of event documentation and operational plans.
  • Coordinate communications between clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams.
