Love building relationships and giving clients real peace of mind? Davidson Deem, Lumin Wealth's dedicated mortgage business, is recruiting a Mortgage Protection Adviser to join its team.
You'll support our existing client base with their protection needs, working closely with our mortgage team to identify and create opportunities, all backed by the reputation and resources of the wider Lumin Wealth group.

What you'll be doing
- Working directly with clients on their protection needs, identifying opportunities across Davidson Deem's client base
- Building strong relationships across our mortgage team and learning how best to support their clients
- Making sure every client leaves with the right protection in place for their mortgage and circumstances
- Working as part of the wider Davidson Deem and Lumin Wealth team
What we're looking for
- At least 12 months' experience in a mortgage protection role, working directly with clients
- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at every level
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to creating opportunities and converting them
- A professional, client-centric team player
Desirable
- Wealth management experience, which could open the door to supporting Lumin clients in future
- Protection-specific qualifications (not essential, but a plus)
- Experience coaching or mentoring, generating leads and handling objections
