You will own and manage the trade and promotional calendar and hold budget responsibility to effectively execute campaigns and deliver to agreed key business priorities. You will lead the brand and creative teams, alongside the CRM / eMarketing manager, thereby owning all means of customer acquisition and retention, to help drive online sales.

Your core objectives will include the setting and managing of target optimisations, measured through KPIs such as CPA, COS% and RoAS metrics; to support revenue growth, predominantly by optimising AOV and CVR; and growing customer retention and frequency of repurchase, measured through order frequency and LTV metrics.

Working with the Digital Agency, you will be responsible for ensuring budgets are held to, campaigns and creative are ‘on brand’ and aligned strategically across all channels, including Google, Meta, Bing, Tik Tok and YouTube; and that the agency is managed, measured and held accountable to agreed targeted KPIs.

You will proactively optimise the website based on data from GA4, collaborating with the CEO and the Dev Agency, to drive tech initiatives that improve customer experience and journey; whilst building business cases to use tools, including the likes of Hotjar and/or the use of AB Testing solutions.

To manage, drive and deliver CRM / eMarketing campaigns that hold to brand messaging; whilst through the use of data, optimise email engagement, focused on product and customer segmentation, to grow online revenues through both repeat purchases and increased order frequency.

Working collaboratively with the CEO and Brand Team, to understand stock and product coming into the business, to ensure stock risks are managed and opportunities are maximised, whilst keeping the website aligned to product launches.

Building relationships is integral to the role, as you will be leading the brand and creative teams to optimise campaign performance, whilst managing the CRM / eMarketing Manager to optimise. You will regularly be in contact with teams across the business including sales, customer services, operations and finance, to establish a continuous feedback loop around website customer performance and insight into stock, range and competitive offering.

Using data from GA4 to produce reporting for stakeholders with key actionable insights; ownership of key reporting streams up to CEO-level. You will be hands-on in Google Tag Manager when required, including the upload and deployment, or removal, of tags (experience is not essential and training will be provided, however you should be comfortable working with schema and code).
