Lumière Consultancy a luxury hospitality consultancy working across restaurants, hotel F&B, airport lounges, and luxury retail dining is looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to join our growing London-based team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to work across a varied, high-quality client portfolio with genuine autonomy and who sees this as a stepping stone into a full-time role as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing

– Managing live client projects end-to-end using Monday.com

– Owning critical paths, action logs, and project timelines

– Coordinating the internal team and liaising with clients and suppliers

– Supporting proposals, reports, and client communications

– Helping us keep the standard high across everything we deliver

What we’re looking for

– Monday.com proficiency, this is non-negotiable

– A background in, or genuine passion for, the hospitality industry

– Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

– Someone who takes pride in quality and works well within a small, fast-moving team

Part-time to start at £25/hour, with a clear and genuine path to a full-time role as the business grows.
