We're Hiring: Part-Time Project Manager at Lumière Consultancy in London, WC2E. £25/hr, part-time (pathway to full-time).

Lumière Consultancy, a luxury hospitality consultancy working across restaurants, hotel F&B, airport lounges, and luxury retail dining, is looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to join our growing London-based team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to work across a varied, high-quality client portfolio with genuine autonomy and who sees this as a stepping stone into a full-time role as we continue to grow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing live client projects end-to-end using Monday.com
  • Owning critical paths, action logs, and project timelines
  • Coordinating the internal team and liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Supporting proposals, reports, and client communications
  • Helping us keep the standard high across everything we deliver

What we're looking for:

  • Monday.com proficiency, this is non-negotiable
  • A background in, or genuine passion for, the hospitality industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who takes pride in quality and works well within a small, fast-moving team
