Responsibilities
- Administrative duties for clients’ management (e.g. sending letters, gifts, cards, following up on queries and requests).
- Administrative duties for organisation matters (e.g. taking minutes, managing campaigns and schedules, filing, scanning).
- Handling phone calls.
- Data entry in preparation of clients’ meetings and organisation’s meetings.
- Posting advertisements, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting to manage social media accounts and content generation such as simple editing.
Qualifications
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media.
- Able to do simple editing on Capcut.
- Fluent in English.
- Good attitude, has initiative, meticulous and a team player.
