In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including job advertising, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and selecting top candidates. You will also play a key role in candidate engagement, leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) and coordinating recruitment events to attract top talent.

Job Description:

  • Create and publish job postings across multiple job portals
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential hires throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram for recruitment and engagement
  • Plan and execute recruitment events
