The Opportunity
This position is designed specifically for established, self-motivated sales professionals who prefer to back themselves rather than be capped by a basic salary ceiling. With our highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, we provide a platform where you can significantly out-earn traditional salaried positions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting face-to-face consultations with residential property owners across the Sussex region.
- Assessing properties and energy bills to determine suitability for solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Presenting bespoke design packages and clear financial benefits to customers.
- Managing your own end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing the deal.
- Generating local referrals to maximise your territory coverage and pipeline.
What We Need From You
This is not an entry-level role. To maintain our high standards of customer care and conversion, we require:
- Industry Experience: At least 6 months of direct sales experience in the renewable energy sector or related home improvements (e.g., double glazing, insulation, roofing, or boilers).
- Proven Closer: A demonstrable history of hitting and exceeding direct, face-to-face sales targets.
- Self-Motivation: The discipline to manage your own diary, appointments, and pipeline effectively without micromanagement.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a professional image and a customer-first approach.
- Transport: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for travelling to appointments.
