The Beauté Group is growing fast and we are now looking for a commercially driven BDM to take ownership of new business sales for our aesthetic device portfolio, including INDIBA distribution and Lumi SKN devices. This role is not for someone who needs all of their leads handed to them. It is for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close high-ticket sales in the aesthetics, skin, or wellness space.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for creating and converting your own pipeline, targeting clinics, salons, medi-spas, and aesthetic businesses across the UK. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and first contact, through demos and proposals, to close and follow-up. This role starts part-time (20 hours/week) with clear scope to grow as performance proves itself.

What You'll Be Doing

  • New Business Development
  • Proactively sourcing and qualifying your own leads (no waiting lists, no hand-holding)
  • Outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and industry networking
  • Booking demos (virtual and in-clinic)
  • Converting prospects into device sales
  • Sales & Commercial Ownership
  • Managing your pipeline end-to-end in the CRM
  • Confidently presenting device features, ROI, and business benefits
  • Handling objections around price, finance, and commitment
  • Upselling consumables, training, and add-ons where appropriate
  • Relationship & Brand Building
  • Building long-term relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers
  • Attending relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for The Beauté Group brands
  • Operational Support
  • Processing orders and liaising with logistics
  • Supporting after-sales queries when required (not hand-holding, but competent support)
  • Keeping admin, notes, and CRM activity clean and up to date

Who This Role Is For

You're likely a good fit if you:

  • Have proven B2B sales experience, ideally in aesthetics, medical devices, beauty, or wellness
  • Are comfortable selling high-ticket products (£10k–£50k+)
  • Can confidently generate your own leads
  • Understand clinic owners, their pressures, and how they make buying decisions
  • Are commercially minded and results-driven
  • Don't need micromanaging
  • Can balance professionalism with warmth and credibility

Experience & Skills We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable track record in B2B sales
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Confident presenter (1:1, small groups, in-clinic demos)
  • Cold outreach experience (calls, DMs, follow-ups)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management and self-organisation
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Background or strong interest in aesthetics, skin, beauty, or wellness
  • A therapy, aesthetics, or industry qualification is a bonus — not essential if you can sell.

What This Role Is Not

Let's be clear:

  • This is not a passive account manager role
  • This is not inbound-only
  • This is not for someone who avoids cold outreach
  • This is not a "wait and see" position
  • We're looking for momentum, initiative, and commercial hunger.

Package

Basic (pro-rata, part-time): £33,000 – £38,000+ FTE (depending on experience)

Commission: Uncapped, paid per device sale OTE of £50,000 + is genuinely achievable with activity

Benefits:

  • Laptop & mobile
  • Travel expenses
  • Pension
  • Flexibility and autonomy
  • Clear pathway to increased hours and seniority

  • Market-leading devices
  • Strong brand presence
  • Clear vision and ambition
  • No corporate fluff
  • Real opportunity to grow alongside the business
