As a Branch Lister, you’ll play a pivotal role in winning new business, listing properties, and delivering exceptional customer service in one of the brand’s most opportunity-rich areas. You’ll be joining a well-established and supportive team including a Branch Manager, two Negotiators, an Administrator, and a Mortgage Advisor, giving you the tools and support needed to succeed. Your Role: As a Branch Lister, you will:
- Win new instructions and bring properties to market
- Build strong relationships with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator preferred
- Proven track record in customer service and sales
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Strong organisational and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Full UK driving licence
