The Role
As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll work closely with our Estate Agency teams to help customers achieve their property goals whilst protecting what matters most.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice
- Identifying and maximising new business opportunities
- Managing customers throughout the mortgage journey from initial appointment through to completion
- Delivering exceptional service whilst meeting performance targets
- Ensuring all advice is compliant and focused on customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Mortgage Advisor or newly qualified candidate looking for their first advisory opportunity
- Motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
