About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager), you'll be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and our branch teams, ensuring every tenancy runs smoothly. You'll:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
  • Manage tenancy renewals and related administration
  • Monitor works to ensure service standards and timescales are met
  • Maintain contractor records and compliance
  • Support branches with lettings queries and legislation
  • Work with colleagues to resolve more complex tenancy matters
