Connells Group is looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our William H Brown Norwich’s branch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
  • Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
  • Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
  • Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
