Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an experienced estate agency professional to join our team as a New Homes Manager, covering Darlington and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an established estate agency professional who is ready to take their experience into a more strategic, commercially focused role. You’ll use your knowledge of valuations, winning business and building relationships to develop partnerships with developers, housebuilders and our branch network, helping drive the growth of our New Homes business. As New Homes Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strong developer relationships and supporting the delivery of successful new homes strategies across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with developers, housebuilders and key stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing new homes instructions
  • Providing market insight, pricing advice and recommendations to support developer success
  • Working closely with our branch network to maximise sales opportunities and performance
  • Building a strong pipeline of future opportunities across the region
  • Supporting marketing and sales strategies to deliver successful outcomes for our clients
  • Monitoring performance, analysing results and driving continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced estate agency professional who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience within residential estate agency, ideally within listings, valuations, branch management or business development
  • A successful track record of winning new business and delivering results
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
  • Confidence working with customers, developers and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously
  • A full UK driving licence
