What You'll Be Doing
As a Conveyancing Team Manager, you'll lead a team of Associates and Property Lawyers, ensuring they have the support, guidance and coaching needed to perform at their best.
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of Property Lawyers and Associates to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Managing team capacity, workflow and performance to ensure service levels and business targets are achieved.
- Conducting regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews to support development and engagement.
- Reviewing files prior to exchange to ensure legal, regulatory and company standards are consistently met.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while mentoring colleagues to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or CILEX professional.
- Minimum five years' conveyancing experience with strong technical and legal knowledge.
- Previous people management, team leadership or coaching experience, or a desire to take the first step into management.
- Excellent communication, organisation, planning and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire colleagues.
