This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, manage your own caseload and develop towards becoming a qualified Property Lawyer, with full training and support every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with support from experienced Property Lawyers and Team Managers.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties, providing exceptional service throughout the transaction.
- Drafting legal documentation, conducting searches, preparing matters for exchange and completion, and maintaining accurate file records.
- Completing post‑completion activities including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards at every stage.
What We're Looking For
- A Law degree or previous experience within the property sector.
- A genuine interest in building a career within residential conveyancing.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
