Lumesse is seeking an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor to cover North London, joining one of the UK’s leading residential surveying teams. You will undertake lender and private valuations, have strong knowledge of building construction and risk awareness within a regulatory environment, and benefit from a competitive package including a monthly car allowance and a company pension.
Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred, with CPD opportunities.
