The Role
Working closely with our established estate agency branch, you'll play a key role in helping customers secure the right mortgage and protection solutions for their individual circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice
- Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and customers
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Managing clients throughout the home-buying journey
- Keeping up to date with market trends and lender criteria
- Contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused culture
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional relationship-building skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- A proven track record within a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence using digital platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
