Join Our Team as a Branch Manager at Blundells, Connells Group. This role is a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity Leave. Your Role:

  • As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Doncaster residential sales team.
  • You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.
