As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to our Corporate clients, tenants, and our branches across the country – making a real impact every day. Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Act as a point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues.
  • Dealing promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
  • Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
  • Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved.
