Based within our Colchester branch, you'll work closely with estate agency colleagues to support first-time buyers, home movers, investors and remortgage customers throughout their property journey.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand customers' goals and financial circumstances.
- Advising customers on mortgage and protection products tailored to their needs.
- Managing your customers through every stage of the home-buying process.
- Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Maintaining high levels of compliance and professionalism in line with FCA requirements.

- Ce MAP qualified or currently studying towards qualification.
