Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our successful Connells residential sales team in Carterton. You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured, industry-leading development and training programme, setting you up and providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services, allowing you to control your career.
