As ourRenewals Administrator,you will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of our Renewals Administrator
- Ensure the smoothtransitionthroughout therenewal process
- Obtaininginstructionsfrom landlords before the end of the tenancy
- Preparing newtenancy agreements
- Administeringperiodic tenancies
- Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements
- Sending notification to our accounts team
- Any other administration tasks as required
Skills and experience required to be a successful Renewals Administrator
- Resilient,positive,numerateanddetail oriented
- Organisedand able toprioritiseworkload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
