If you're passionate about property and eager to develop a long‐term surveying career, you could be a great fit. You'll qualify if you meet ONE of the following:
- 1 year relevant experience + RICS‐accredited bachelor's degree
- 2 years relevant experience + RICS‐accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
- 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), such as:
- Domestic energy assessment
- Property management
We also welcome candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.
As a Trainee Surveyor, you'll learn directly from experienced professionals while building your technical expertise. Your role will include:
