The Role
As Area Manager/Director, no two days will look the same. You’ll be the driving force behind branch success, creating energy, momentum and results across your region. You will:
- Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to unlock top performance
- Build engaged, motivated teams through smart recruitment, retention and development
- Oversee regional P&L performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded
- Spot opportunities to grow market share and win new business
- Support branches to overcome challenges and turn potential into performance
