Your Role: As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across Finders Keepers, working closely with the Head of Marketing. This is a varied and hands-on role, combining creative design, event coordination, digital updates, and administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department while maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand presence. You will support marketing activity across nine lettings offices, two sales offices, and our interiors and renovations divisions, giving you broad exposure across property marketing within a multi-branch business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and delivering company events (venue sourcing, invitations, RSVPs and presentations)
  • Supporting website updates and content management
  • Creating marketing materials and artwork in line with brand guidelines
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and day-to-day activity
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the marketing team
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels
