As we expand our UK presence, we’re looking for a Test Lead who wants to influence how quality is driven in a modern, high‑impact product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Operationally plan, lead, organize, and execute tests within various projects and ongoing maintenance.
- Work with business development by creating and further developing test plans and test reporting, both internally and toward customers.
- Collaborate closely with customers, other Test Coordinators, and development teams.
- Shape the future test processes and test strategy at Lumera.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in testing and test management.
- Relevant university education or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Solid understanding of risk‑based test practices and the ability to select the appropriate test type for each context to maximize value.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with API testing (SOAP & REST).
- Experience in test automation is advantageous.
- Experience in life and pension insurance is highly advantageous.
