We are looking for a project manager to lead our implementation and migration projects in partnership with our clients. You need to have a background in IT, business transformation and a good understanding of software companies. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced project manager who is a good communicator and a formidable team builder.
Your New Mission
- Plan and execute projects spanning from months to multiple years.
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate teams.
- Keep the project on track and on time, including scope, quality, budget and timelines for initiatives.
- Anticipate difficulties and delays and work proactively to avoid them.
- Manage dependencies.
- Ensure quality standards.
- Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders, ranging from Lumera management, project team members, product development, and client stakeholders at all levels, to ensure the progress of projects.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has minimum 3 years’ experience and a proven track record in Project Management, preferably within business transformation and migration within IT/Software.
- Is an excellent communicator.
- Strong knowledge of different project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid).
- Skilled in MS Project, Excel, Jira, Teams and SharePoint.
- Can create and manage budgets, track costs, and forecast.
- Can identify risks, apply mitigation, and ensure quality standards.
- Understands policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Stays updated on trends and best practices.
Nice To Have
- A relevant professional qualification.
- Understanding of pensions data challenges and opportunities.
- Experience in a pensions consultancy or in-house pension scheme.
