Are you passionate about building and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure that supports the seamless delivery of software products? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where automation, security, and scalability are key? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Bristol. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and supporting our cloud infrastructure, working closely with development and IT teams to streamline deployments and ensure high system availability.

Your New Mission

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of infrastructure and deployment projects, including:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and practices.
  • Managing and automating infrastructure using tools like PowerShell, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code templates.
  • Supporting and maintaining Windows-based environments, including Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server.
  • Ensuring secure and scalable deployments across cloud environments (preference for Azure experience).
  • Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Providing third-line support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has professional experience in a similar DevOps or infrastructure engineering role.
  • Is proficient in scripting and automation with PowerShell.
  • Has hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure (Azure preferred, but not required).
  • Is comfortable with SQL/T-SQL and managing Windows Server environments.
  • Has experience with version control systems like Git and configuration tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Understands containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Desired State Configuration (DSC).
  • Knowledge of PKI, security protocols, and follows best practices in information security.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud security.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
