We are looking for a project manager to lead and coordinate infrastructure, hosting, migration, and modernisation projects across Lumera’s internal platforms and client-facing systems. This role is a fixed term role for 6 months. The role focuses on the delivery of private-to-public cloud migration programmes, alongside wider hosting transformation and platform improvement initiatives. Working closely with Infrastructure and Hosting teams, the Project Manager ensures delivery is structured, transparent, and controlled across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Your New Mission
- End-to-end delivery of infrastructure, hosting, migration, and cloud modernisation projects
- Planning and coordination of private-to-public cloud migrations, including hybrid environments
- Ownership of project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control
- Coordination across Infrastructure, Hosting, Architecture, Security, Vendors, and Clients
- Maintenance of clear governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms
- Contribution to continuous improvement of delivery approaches for hosting and infrastructure projects
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure, hosting, or cloud migration projects
- Comfortable operating in technically complex environments alongside engineers and architects
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Clear ownership of planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
- Has minimum 3 years’ experience and a proven track record in Project Management, preferably within business transformation and migration within IT/Software.
- Is an excellent communicator
- Translate complex infrastructure activity into clear and deliverable plans
- Coordinate multiple technical workstreams without losing delivery oversight
- Maintain momentum across long-running migration and transformation programs
- Build trust with engineers, stakeholders, vendors, and clients
- Operate with autonomy within agreed governance and delivery frameworks
Job Location
This role will be based in our Bristol office on a hybrid basis: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.
